skin cream, gold necklaceLooking out the window, the clouds still looked dark after four days of pretty consistent rain fall. We were getting pretty stir crazy sitting inside this entire weekend. My friend had just moved into the area and we had planned on checking out everything around his new place before he had to start a 9 to 5 the next Monday. Of course, Mother Nature had sent a curveball our way. We had gone through all of the movies and video games we could handle sitting in Chris’s apartment.

His roommate came out the shower smelling of men’s cologne and asked what the plan for the day was. Chris looked outside and said with a smile, “We should probably make sure our 50s are still in running order.” They each have 50cc mini dirt bikes sitting in the garage that had not been fired up for a few weeks. The rain had slowed to a light drizzle and we all jumped at this idea.

 Their apartment complex is a network of roadways in between the many units, buildings and garage areas. After a few minutes of kick starting the little dirt bikes, they fired right up and we set up a little circuit to do time trials on. Chris was the first to do a couple hot laps and set the time. Then his roommate saddled up and fell short by a few seconds. Then it was my turn. I asked for a couple warm ups since it had been so long on dirt bike. They went well enough. Then I went for it after the second lap. I came into a slippery left hand to fast, touched the front brake and washed out. My face ended up hitting the handle bars and I came away with pretty good gash near my right eyebrow.

It has since healed and there is a definite scar in need of skin cream. I’ve been looking around online for skin cream to help fade the scar and think I might have found the right stuff within Diane’s Emporium at http://www.dianesemporium.com/. From the skin cream description, it looks to be the right stuff. I’m going to wait for the skin cream thumbs up from my girlfriend who knows more about the stuff when she get’s back.
