In these next two months of April and May, I have three family birthdays and of course, Mother’s Day coming up. I try to save up for these months, because gift giving can add up quickly. This year, though, instead of stressing about what to get everyone, I am purchasing jewelry gifts for three and men’s cologne for my son’s birthday. In these tough economic times, many people don’t buy nice extras for themselves as much. I know that two of my female family members would love jewelry gifts earrings, as this is one jewelry item they wear every day. For my mom, I will look for a gold necklace with maybe a locket or some other type of pendant on it. My son, luckily, told me what type of men’s cologne he likes, so that’s a done deal. All this gift giving will be made even simpler by pulling my desk chair up to my computer and shopping online, all the while saving money too. Times are stressful enough, but gift giving doesn’t have to be anymore with online shopping.
