Skin Cream is Essential For Getting through Winter Months |

Several days ago I was reading an article on how to get through the winter months and one thing that I noticed was that even though the article addressed issues such as getting enough Vitamin D, plus boosting other vitamin levels and such, they didn't address using skin cream in order to keep your skin healthy. The article had some really great points, some of which that I hadn't thought of before, but I would say that personally, skin cream is at the top of my list starting in the fall and lasting until early spring. I actually use skin cream year round, but the last several years I've noticed that when fall arrives, so does the dry skin, and the only way I've been able to combat it is by using skin cream.
When I first started using skin cream regularly in the fall and winter season, I remember my husband commenting that he didn't think it was necessary, that my skin felt as smooth as ever. I decided to not use the skin cream for about a week just to see what he would say, and within that week I noticed that my skin was getting dry, and feeling flaky. I didn't say a word, but kept waiting and eventually he made the comment that obviously the skin cream wasn't working because my skin did seem to be dry and not as smooth as usual. It was then that I broke the news to him that I'd stopped using the skin cream so that he could see exactly what a difference it made when the winter months rolled around. He laughed and said that he definitely got the point and that he'd never say a word about it not being necessary again.
At the beginning of the fall-winter season, I like to stock up on cream so that I don't have to order it more than once through the winter season. That typically means that I order two or three tubes of Academie, Total Hand Cream--75ml, Women that I found at Diane's Emporium who can be found at www.dianesemporium.com. I can get the skin cream for the best prices at Diane's Emporium and I usually find that everything is delivered within a week.
So as the winter months begin to roll in, don't forget to think about skin cream as one of the necessities to get through these cold months. After all, our skin health is important too. |
