Time had taught me that whenever I am looking to make a gift statement nothing compares to a gold necklace. Just a couple of weeks ago my sister was challenging everyone to find her the perfect holiday gift and even though most in the family were drawing a blank I knew that she had to be referring to a gold necklace. Since she was a little girl, my sister had always been absolutely enamored with my mom’s gold necklaces and she began to develop quite the appetite for them. Today she never leaves the house without one of her precious gold necklace on and I kid with her that if there was fire in her house she would be ok coming out naked as long as she had one of her gold necklace hanging on her neck.
