He gave me the gift as an early wedding anniversary present. It is a pair of white gold, diamond and sapphire earrings to match a necklace he gave me on Valentine’s Day. I was half expecting jewelry gifts to come my way soon because it is also my birthday next week and they are a tradition with my husband, but I did not think I would receive anything so nice for my anniversary present. You see we have only been married for four years and I know that the sapphire wedding anniversary is supposed to be the 45th. Still I am not going to complain about receiving sapphire jewelry gifts from my husband, especially since my earrings are absolutely exquisite and really do suit me. I love the fact that my husband thinks enough of me to spoil me with such magnificent gifts and I know that I am very lucky to be married to such a wonderful man.
